Reggie is a modern-day renaissance man, full of many talents. He’s a technologist, software engineer, entrepreneur, artist, and philanthropist, most notably recognized for his ability to understand and relate to people from all walks of life. His yearning for tech and innovation caused him to pursue a degree in Computer Science graduating with Honors from Tennessee State University. While at TSU, he was in the Honors Program, Charter Founder of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Mr. TSU and SGA President. His love lives on as he established the “Cool Mill” scholarship to fulfill his commitment to excellence and service, along with his March 2021 selection as a member of the TSU Foundation Board of Directors.

Reggie left TSU and moved to Atlanta, GA to pursue his dream of being an Engineer. He worked at Lockheed Martin (LM) for 17 years and is credited for selling over $6B dollars of Business as an Aircraft Salesman to Domestic and International Armed Forces, receiving LM’s highest NOVA and Aero Star Award.

After LM, Reggie worked at Microsoft for 8 years as a Partner Development Executive serving as a trusted business and technical advisor to top C-Suite ISV executives in Public Sector and Microsoft Atlanta Site Business Management Executive responsible for shaping Microsoft’s expansion strategy in Atlanta, driving operational excellence, establishing community programs and initiatives, and delivering an amazing employee experience. His success has awarded him six of Microsoft’s top awards for performance and customer obsession.

In June of 2023, Reginald left an impeccable career in Corporate America to share his expertise and established Millennium Enterprises Group (M.E.G.), a consulting practice with 20+ years of Fortune 500 experience that helps companies T.H.R.I.V.E. in an era of unprecedented change by leveraging their skills and experience in Tech, Management, Operations, Business Development, DEI, Culture, Talent and Career Development, and Edutainment (Education and Entertainment) to Propel their business.

He holds certifications as a Program Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Blackbelt, and has purchased and sold a Franchise. He also established his own Real Estate Firm, Kumbaya International Reality Group (KIRG), serving as Broker for over 15 years. Throughout his 25-year professional career, he has juggled Corporate and Entrepreneurialism.

His passion is Philanthropy, as he serves on the Board for Clark Atlanta University’s Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurialism & Development. In 2019, he established the Education. Development. Growth. & Excellence (E.D.G.E.) Foundation. The first initiative is, It’s C.O.O.L. To Be S.M.A.R.T. The goal of the project is to provide awareness of people from all walks of life, by highlighting their stories, successes, and triumphs, to instill hope in others and provide a spark to achieve success. He uses this platform to produce films, workshops, keynotes and public speaking globally to kids and adults.

Reggie, aka Cool Mill is from Pittsburgh, PA, and enjoys learning, reading, music, traveling and real estate. He is married with two daughters.
