Group Incentive fee: The group fee incentive is to encourage Universities/Colleges to extend this leadership training to the Royal Court members (attendants, class kings/queens etc.,). Many of our past royal court members, who have attended the conference, have later become the official king or queen and benefited from this professional training. It has also helped the entire group understand their roles as campus ambassadors collectively .(If you are bringing one or more Queens or Kings that is considered a group. The queen and king only does not qualify as a group).
Advisors: University Officials, Advisors, Chaperons and Guardians who want to attend any of the activities, workshops etc. must pay the above fee; otherwise, he or she will not be allowed to participate in any activities concerning the conference.
Payment: In order to take advantage of the early bird registration incentives all fees must be paid by the deadline. Keep in mind that fees increase April 15th and June 10th. In order to lock in your registration rate, you must submit the appropriate payment amount by the advertised deadline. Only a University, college, and or sponsoring company check will be accepted. In the event that a person chooses to pay for this conference personally they should pay with a cashier’s check or money order; in this case $25 will be taken off of the registration fee according to the guidelines stated above. Major credit cards (Visa/MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) accepted.
No registration fees will be refunded due to cancellation on the participant's behalf! However, if the conference itself is cancelled, all registration fees will be refunded.
