Our Impact

Leadership for Queens has empowered student leaders at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to transform their potential into meaningful impact. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we focus on students who hold Miss or Mister titles, supporting their growth through the development of professional skills, confidence, and networks essential for success on campus and beyond.

Our programs extend far beyond recognition and titles. Through our annual conference, scholarships, grants, and comprehensive leadership programming, we equip students with practical tools in communication, project management, career readiness, and mentorship.
